Although I have always enjoyed rodents, I recently got my first chinchilla last year.

I have always had a special place in my life for animals. I had a family dog and many rodents during childhood. After I graduated from college, I acquired many dogs and cats through my job as a veterinary technician. Then, last year, I got my first chinchilla!
